My Collaboration Process
1. Introductory Stage

1.1 First Contact
  • We usually begin with a brief phone call or email.
  • We arrange a face-to-face meeting or video conference (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet).
1.2 Meeting (in person or online)
  • At this stage, I want to get to know you. I fill out an initial brief to learn about what you do, your needs, and your goals.
  • During the meeting, we discuss details such as the scope of work, timelines, and an estimated budget.
  • You have the opportunity to ask questions, clear up any doubts, and see if my approach suits you.
1.3 Establishing the Terms and Signing the Agreement
  • After the initial discussions, I prepare a proposal outlining exactly what will be done, the cost, and the timeline.
  • Once everything is agreed upon, we sign a contract and move on to the next stage.
2. Strategic and Analytical Stage
2.1 Strategic Workshops
During a dedicated meeting (either online or in person), we jointly define your brand’s mission, vision, and values, as well as set key business objectives and development directions. The workshops include co-creation exercises that help gather insights and identify the main challenges and opportunities you see for the brand.
2.2 Research & Analysis
Based on the workshop results, I conduct in-depth market research, analyze the competition, and identify the target audience. In this phase, we gather data that confirms the assumptions made during the workshops and helps precisely determine the brand’s positioning.
2.3 Strategic Report
The results of the workshops and research are compiled into a coherent report that includes conclusions, recommendations, and directions for further actions. This report serves as the foundation on which the entire brand concept is built.
3. Concept and Design Stage
Based on the strategic report, we move on to creating the visual and verbal concept of the brand:
3.1 Moodboard and Inspirations (Co-Creation)
I create a moodboard that presents potential visual and stylistic directions – this tool helps define how the brand should look and communicate in the market. During brief feedback sessions, we select the best inspirations together, aligning the aesthetics with your expectations and the specifics of your market.
3.2 Presentation of Design Directions
Using the gathered data, I prepare two variants of the visual concept (e.g., logo proposals, color palettes, typography, and key graphic elements). This presentation serves as a starting point for further development, and your feedback helps determine which direction best reflects the brand identity.
3.3 Finalizing the Concept
Once one variant is chosen, I develop it further. We refine the logo—ensuring its proportions and legibility—carefully select the color palette and typography so that all materials remain consistent and easily recognizable. Then we prepare a set of materials, such as a logo pack and brand manual, which contain detailed guidelines on using the brand’s graphic elements. This ensures your brand attains a professional and consistent image, enhancing its recognition and positively influencing business results.
4. Implementation Stage
4.1 Designing Materials
Based on the developed visual elements, we create specific marketing and corporate materials. This includes designing business cards, company stationery, flyers, brochures, and other media used in communication with clients. The goal is to ensure visual consistency across all materials, thereby strengthening brand recognition.
4.2 Production and Printing
After the designs are approved, we move on to production. We collaborate with trusted printing houses and suppliers to deliver the highest quality materials. I oversee the entire production process, ensuring that the final products meet the set standards and align with the established visual identity.
4.3 Implementation and Adaptation
The final step involves implementing the new materials into the daily operations of your company. I help adapt the visual identity across various platforms, such as the website, social media, or promotional materials. I provide support during the implementation to ensure the new identity is consistently applied across all aspects of your business. This approach ensures your brand gains a coherent and professional image, attracting customers and building trust in the market.
5. Further Collaboration
If you need additional assistance, I’m happy to support your brand’s development through further projects—ranging from additional marketing materials to website optimization and enhanced visual communication. With such a comprehensive approach, your brand not only gains a new level of quality but also receives long-term support in building a strong market presence.
If my life portfolio caught your interest and you think we can get along, let me know.
